The material sealing pump does not move without the air source when conveying the material. Therefore, the roots fan is the core component of the entire conveying equipment. It provides the conveying air volume and pressure and effectively guarantees the system reliability.

    The working principle of the material-sealed pump roots blower is that when the rotor rotates, the gas will be squeezed into the enclosed space with the casing as the rotor is separated. The rotor separates the space of the gas volume, and the volume of the working chamber on the intake side increases. In the negative pressure zone, the fan sucks in gas for the rotor to realize the above process. This is because the gas between the closed rotor and the casing is not compressed, the rotor continues to rotate, and the compression space formed between the casing and the rotor starts to exhaust. When the pipe is connected, the pressure in the exhaust pipe is greater than the pressure in the compression space. Therefore, some of the compressed air flows back into the compression space, which causes the static pressure in the compression space to rise rapidly. Thereafter, as the rotor continues to rotate, the static pressure in the compression space rapidly. As the rotor continues to rotate, the air pressure in the compression space is higher than the air pressure in the exhaust pipe to reach the output pressure, and it is squeezed out from the compression space. When the gas is separated, the process of air entering the compression space formed by the rotor and the casing is ended, and the compression space of the rotor and the exhaust pipe are connected to cause the pressure of the exhaust pipe.
