Structure and working principle of pneumatic conveying equipment
The pneumatic conveying equipment is composed of a diffusion chamber, a mixing chamber, a movable air pipe, an executive mechanism and the like. The low-pressure air enters the diffusion chamber through the air inlet pipe, the mixing chamber, and the like. The high-speed airflow passes through the mixing chamber to vaporize the material around the nozzle, and the airflow exiting the nozzle into the diffusion chamber forms a local negative pressure between the nozzle and the diffusion chamber, draws the gasified material into the conveying pipe, and is lifted to the discharge point by the high-speed airflow.
