When the system is operating normally, the materials are accumulated in the silo above the spray tank. When the low level gauge in the spray tank is released, the upper exhaust valve is opened. The feed valve of the feed tank is opened, and the fluidization valve of the feed tank is opened. The material is fluidized while falling into the feed tank by the action of gravity. When the high level gauge in the receiving tank is covered, the feeding valve and the exhaust valve are closed, and the fluidized air intake is maintained to balance the pressure of the receiving tank and the spray tank. The material enters the blowing tank from the receiving tank. When the filling tank timer of the blowing tank expires, the feeding valve, the balancing valve and the fluidizing valve of the receiving pump are closed to complete a charging cycle.

During the execution of the above-mentioned charging cycle, the pipeline transportation always works continuously, that is, the transportation air valve is always open, and the material enters the transportation pipeline through the feeder and is transported to the furnace.
